Beorn’s Bark Bus

This Week On The Bus

Cooler weather is on the way, and we’ll be out every day Monday through Friday. On Wednesday we’re planning to head back to Winterpast Farm for some more fresh-air fun on Mary’s 4-acre dog park and we’re especially excited to welcome three new dogs taking their very first ride with us. It’s shaping up to be a busy, happy week on the Bark Bus!

Want your dog to join the adventure? Reach out today to reserve their spot!

How to Book

Most of our clients simply send us a quick text at (919) 438-3405 to reserve their dog’s spot — it’s the and easiest way. You can also use our booking portal if you prefer.

We always monitor our business and personal numbers.

Dog of the Week: Miles

Meet Miles! This happy rider brings miles of smiles to the Bark Bus with his big grin and playful spirit. Whether he’s cruising to the park or greeting friends on board, Miles shows us every day why we love what we do. We’re so glad he’s part of the Bark Bus crew!

Special Happenings

Mini Mischief Monday: Small dogs, big fun—our little friends get the spotlight with playtime just for them!

Foster Friday: Every Friday, we give foster dogs a free ride and the chance to shine! It’s our way of helping these pups get noticed, socialized, and one step closer to their forever homes.

Community Spotlight

Downtown Goes to the Dogs is a tail-wagging good time for pups and their people! On Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 12–6 PM, head to 153 S White Street, Wake Forest, NC for a dog-friendly small business crawl hosted by Unwined on White in partnership with Earthwise Pets. Enjoy pup-up shops, local rescues, doggie vendors, and special promotions from area businesses. Don’t miss the Dog-Themed Sip & Shop at Unwined, offering fun for both two- and four-legged guests.

Behind The Scenes

Our headsets keep the driver and the back-of-the-bus crew in constant communication. Whether it’s coordinating pickups, handling a mischievous pup, or just sharing a laugh, these little gadgets make sure every ride is smooth, safe, and way less stressful for everyone, humans and dogs alike.

Only the humans wear the headsets normally, but we asked Beorn to kindly model one set for us!

After the bus itself, the headsets are our most critical piece of equipment!
